Join Amalia as she pulls together unique ingredients to create satisfying surprisingly easy dishes from Central and South America. Pescado Picante (cod in banana leaves with bell peppers, garlic and olives); Salmco con Pisco (pan-seared salmon flamed with Peruvian Pisco); Escabeche de Pescado (tilapia with vegetables in vinaigrette sauce); Arroz con Esparragos (asparragus and cheese rice); Dulce de Pepitoria y Ajonjoli (pumpkin and sesame seed brittle).
