LLC is a private chef business specializing in fun culinary events and entertainment featuring Latin & Spanish gourmet cuisine and culture for social or business gatherings.  Our custom-designed events include Entertaining with Style; Corporate Gatherings; and, Creation, Development & Culinary Design.  Whether in the comfort of your own home, office, or at any other location, you can enjoy, not only fine cuisine, but hot live music and other amenities, too.

Celebrate and taste the rich and exotic cuisines of Central and South America, the Latin Caribbean, Mexico and Spain, with a fiesta in your own kitchen or at a trendy venue.  During our events you pick up on healthy and practical classical French and Latin cooking techniques and tips, and also learn about the country, culture and history of the dishes prepared.  We can design the menu only, or we can plan and execute the entire event from theme development to ambiance/décor and more.
